Project Management

As construction manager, InterHab provides a full range of services to assist clients during the planning, design and construction phases of their projects.

• Provides a complete management and control system
• Supervises the overall budget and schedule
• Solicits and evaluates bids, recommends a contractor and awards the contract
• Directs the contractor in the performance of the contract
• Operates as the in-house manager of design and construction process
• Ensures the owner's directives are accurately given to the design professionals and contractor, then correctly executed
• Enables the owner to properly manage the project's development within schedule and budget constraints.
